| 1. Acceptance and Confirmation of Order - your order will be accepted after authorisation of payment. We will confirm acceptance of your order to you by email, when we jointly enter into a legally binding contract. We reserve the right not to accept the order and supply the goods, in which case the cardholder’s account will be credited in full. 2. Pricing – the prices shown and any discounts applied are exclusive of VAT and are in pounds sterling. VAT at the current rate of 17.5% is added to the total at the end of the transaction. The prices shown are current and are subject to alteration without notice. If a price change occurs before acceptance of your order, we will contact you to confirm that you wish to proceed with the order. 3. Product Descriptions – the descriptions given are for guidance purposes only and all dimensions and weights are approximations. 4. Delivery - prices are inclusive of carrier charges within the UK, where we aim to deliver within 14 days of confirmation of your order. Carrier charges to European countries are priced during the order process, after the weight of product and country of destination are known. We aim to deliver to European countries within 18 working days of confirmation of order. If we are temporarily out of stock of any item and cannot meet the expected timescales, we will give you an estimated delivery date. You will be given the opportunity of waiting for the delivery, replacing it with a similar item, or cancelling the order. 5. Returns – returned goods will be accepted, entirely at Monument Trading Limited’s discretion, provided that they are returned to us within 14 working days. You must return the items undamaged, in their original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the goods to us. You must notify us of defective or damaged goods within 3 days of receipt by you, and return them to us within 14 days. You will receive full reimbursement for the goods when they are returned to us. If you wish to make a return, you must email us at service@cutlerytraders.com, giving a full description of the goods to be returned and the reason for return. 6. By law, we are unable to supply our knife products to any person under 16 years of age. 7. Liability – Monument Trading Limited shall not be liable in any way for any loss of revenue, profit or goodwill, including any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising from the purchase of goods from us, or late or non delivery of goods. 8. Governing Law – The contract between us shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English law.
