Delivery & Returns Deliveries Cutlerytraders’ prices are inclusive of carrier charges within the UK, where we aim to deliver within 14 days of confirmation of your order. In practice, many of our items are delivered within 2 working days. Acceptance of your order is confirmed to you by email. Carrier charges to European countries are priced during the order process, when the weight of product and country of destination are known. We aim to deliver to European countries within 18 working days of confirmation of order. If we are temporarily out of stock of any item and cannot meet the expected timescales, we will give you an estimated delivery date. You will be given the opportunity of waiting for the delivery, replacing it with a similar item, or cancelling the order. Returns We are sure that you will be delighted with your cutlery. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return the goods to us within 14 working days. If the items are defective, you will receive full reimbursement for the goods returned. If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, you must return the cutlery undamaged and in its original condition, to receive a full refund. In this instance, it is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the goods to us. Refunds are provided entirely at our discretion. If you wish to make a return, please email us at service@cutlerytraders.com, giving a description and reason for return. Our Returns Policy does not affect your normal statutory rights.
